Erika L. Bolger, PE, LEED AP

As Principal and founding Partner with over 25 years of expertise in the design of electrical systems and project management, Erika is the Principal in charge of the electrical engineering design for the firm. Erika’s project design experience is broad and encompasses small projects to those exceeding $100MM in various areas including commercial, high rise mixed use, hospitality, infrastructure, healthcare, and municipal projects. Her areas of expertise include power & lighting distribution design, electrical studies, and low voltage design. Erika has assisted the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity in preparation of technical presentations regarding Illinois’ adoption of Energy Code changes for instructional purposes to the design community as well as assisted the Illinois Department of Public Health in Code and design interpretations. Given her extensive background, Erika has served as expert witness on several legal cases requiring outside expert engineering opinions regarding electrical design matters and investigative analysis.
